AT&T Connect, Education Video Series and Product Tour

Challenge: AT&T Connect, Unified Communication provided on-demand collaboration, online meeting, web conferencing and videoconferencing applications. Its line of products empower individuals to communicate and collaborate remotely with anyone anywhere in the world. In a time before broad user adoption of virtual meeting tools, customers simply needed a little help to better understand the offer.

Our solution: We produced a series of fun, lighthearted educational videos that made a complex, multi-faceted product easier to understand through engaging, contextual scenarios. We also created an online how-to product tour that provided access to demos and explanations about key features and functions.
Quick Tips Video 1: The first video follows Sarah, our busy hero, through her day of working from home, from the coffee shop, and on the road. ​​​​​​​
Quick Tips Video 2: The second video in the series, follows Jackie as she transforms an abandoned lot into a public park.
Quick Tips Video 3: The third video focused on Matthew and demonstrates how he uses AT&T Unified Communication to easily collaborate between virtual offices and teams around the world on a complex project.
Integrated Product Tour
Following our video campaign, we worked closely with AT&T's internal marketing team to develop a fully branded Unified Communications product tour.  It presented the products, features, and functions in an engaging way through explainer-video and on-screen content. The online experience was also built so that it could be easily managed as product offerings continued to grow and evolve.
